Hey there,
I’m Glynn, a Kiwi native who’s returned home after a long stint in the United States. Over there, I made a name for myself as an orthopaedic expert handling tough clinical case.
Now, my mission is clear – to bring my 15+ years of experience and that same top-notch quality and care I delivered in the States right here. Known for my upfront and honest approach to treatment, my approach is a breath of fresh air in the world of physiotherapy.
No fluff, no fuss, just straightforward, effective care that gets the job done.
I’m all about giving you the straight facts and delivering treatments that actually work – no gimmicks or unnecessary interventions in sight! I’m on a mission to bust all the myths and misinformation given to the patients.
With a background steeped in sports, a decade of education, and a genuine passion for honest and effective physiotherapy, I’ve got big plans to shake things up and make a real impact right here on the Coast.

Why Choose Us
On the surface it can appear that all physiotherapy is the same, but we assure you it’s not. When we say we are different we truly mean it. Typically the next question is “How are you different?”, and for us it is kind of like describing how chocolate tastes like. Well, it tastes like chocolate. It is very hard to explain something you need to experience. Our philosophy, assessment, and our treatment, will likely be very different from anything you have had before.
Unfortunately, in a world where social proof is important, New Zealand’s physiotherapy standards and ethics prevent us from sharing testimonials publicly, rest assured, our track record speaks for itself, with only 5-star reviews on both Google and Facebook. If you would like to see them, just drop us a line.

With advanced degrees, experience from the ICU to outpatient, and a certification held by only 5% of therapists you can assured we have a knowledge level that few can rival. We share this to give you confidence in us and the level of care we provide.
With tailored treatment plans, evidence-based practices, and a dedication to empowering you every step of the way, we’re here to ensure that your rehabilitation is not just effective, but transformative. Say goodbye to cookie-cutter approaches and hello to personalized care that puts you first.

What We Treat

Spine
As experts in spinal care, we have a reputation for delivering rapid and tangible results. Our success is built on a systematic approach that emphasizes simplicity and logic in treatment. Whether it’s neck. back or nerve pain, disc injury, or sciatica, we excel in addressing the complexities of spinal health with precision and efficacy. Our comprehensive yet accessible approach ensures swift recovery and lasting benefits for our patients.

Shoulders, Elbows & Wrists
Common conditions such as bursitis, rotator cuff injuries, impingement, and frozen shoulder frequently present challenges in diagnosis, and treatment. However, our strategic approach to assessment can promptly and accurately identify the core issues. Once identified, these conditions respond exceptionally well to our care, streamlining treatment and speeding recovery.

Hips, Knees, Ankles & Feet
Conditions affecting the hips, knees, and ankles have profound implications for mobility and overall quality of life. We offer clear and honest advice on the most effective recovery strategies tailored to your specific goals and needs. Our approach considers both short-term relief and long-term wellness, ensuring that you receive comprehensive care aimed at restoring mobility and enhancing your overall quality of life.

Pre/Post-Surgery
We hold the firm belief that surgery in most cases surgery should be regarded as a last resort, given its irreversible implications. Sometimes, however, it is unavoidable. Recognizing the gravity of surgical interventions, we advocate strongly for a thorough evaluation prior to considering surgery. Surgery fundamentally alters the treatment strategy and our proficiency lies in optimizing the recovery process for those who elect this path.
Pricing
So, we get it – our prices might be steeper than some (and cheaper than others).
But here’s the thing: we’re all about quality over quantity.
Sure, you might pay a bit more upfront, but here’s the kicker, we see you less often and get you back in the game faster.
That means you’re NOT stuck going 3 x a week and spending months in physiotherapy, which can really add up.
Its funny how we often don’t think twice about splurging on things like gadgets, car repairs, or meals out, but when it comes to our bodies – the only one we get – we um and ah about spending money.

We have some good news. You might be able to see us for free!
We are providers under Integrated Care Pathway run by Careway in partnership with ACC. For certain injuries of the spine, shoulder, knee and ankle you can get your entire care covered.
Give us a call to learn more and see if you might qualify.
*Initial appointments are typically 60 minutes long, and follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. In cases where appointments may need to be extended due to the complexity of the case, additional charges may apply. Student rates apply to school-aged students. Senior rates apply to those over 65 years. ACC partially funds appointments for injuries that are a result of an accident, however, a surcharge is still required to cover the full cost of treatment. Injuries that are not deemed to be the result of an accident or are declined by ACC will be charged as a private consult.
