YOU’VE TRIED EVERYTHING TO FIX YOUR PLANTAR FASCIITIS – BUT NOTHING WORKS!
Lasting recovery starts with understanding.
Its time for a smarter approach.
Introducing “SOLE,” a strategic and comprehensive system designed to uncover the real reason behind your foot or heel pain – and finally put you on the path to lasting relief.

Your plantar fasciitis didn’t just happen. Plantar foot pain comes from specific patterns, triggers, and underlying factors that have yet to be made clear.
This isn’t about masking symptoms – this is about finally understanding what happened, why you haven’t recovered and what you can do to regain control.
Why US
I’ve worked with countless patients who were misdiagnosed or given outdated treatments that failed to produce real results. Many of them were told to just keep stretching or get another injection, even when those approaches weren’t working.
That’s why SOLE exists:
To provide a logical, evidence-based pathway to understanding your pain, explaining why previous treatments haven’t worked, and building a strategic plan tailored to you.
My approach and perspective is different. I don’t just look at symptoms; I look at the whole picture. I work with people who have tried everything yet still haven’t found lasting relief.
My goal is to provide a structured, strategic plan that finally makes sense.
Because of the intensity of this program, I can only take on 5 people at a time. If you’re serious about getting results, don’t wait.

HOW IS “SOLE” Different from Standard Physio?
Both options reflect high-quality, evidence-based care.
If your case is straightforward, standard ACC assessment and physiotherapy may be all you need. But if your pain is chronic (<3 months), complex, hasn’t responded to previous treatment, or you’re tired of guessing, the SOLE programme is made for you.
The time it takes to do the level of understanding provided by SOLE is not feasible within the standard ACC system.
As you will read SOLE offers a next-level diagnostic and strategic recovery pathway that’s is completely different from a standard assessment.

Comprehensive Assessment & Understanding
SOLE is all about gaining a true understanding of your unique situation. Unlike traditional assessments, we take the time to go deeper than any provider has before, uncovering every factor that may be limiting your recovery or enhancing your potential for improvement.
This is not a quick-fix solution. This is a structured and strategic system designed to systematically rule in and out the factors contributing to foot pain. Unlike the common approaches, we provide clarity instead of confusion.
That outdated approach leaves you dependent on treatments, gadgets, medications, exercises, and interventions that may have no impact at all.
If you do eight things and get better, but only one of those things is actually influencing your symptoms, you’re now stuck managing all eight for no reason.
Our goal is to identify the true cause-and-effect relationship between your movement, your history, and your pain—so you stop guessing and start recovering.
SOLE lays the foundation for success by identifying what’s standing in your way and what needs to change.
SOLE includes
Health History
A detailed exploration of your medical history and overall health, going far beyond a typical consultation:
- Biological Factors – Hormonal influences, neurological factors, dietary triggers, sleep quality, and lifestyle habits.
- Psychological Factors – Stress levels, trauma history, emotional triggers, and mindset regarding recovery.
- Social Factors – Work stress, daily responsibilities, lifestyle, and support systems.
By understanding all the key influences on your pain, we can identify the barriers holding you back and provide a clear roadmap to move forward—without wasting time on ineffective treatments.
Physical & Neurological Assessment
A focused evaluation of how your body is functioning in relation to your plantar foot pain:
- Identifying musculoskeletal, neurological, and systemic factors contributing to your disability.
- Filtering out irrelevant findings to focus on meaningful data.
By understanding these patterns, we can identify factors influencing your recovery, anticipate potential challenges, gain some predictive insight to the future and create a clearer path forward.
Treatment History
A critical review of what you’ve tried in the past and why it may have failed:
- What treatments you’ve undergone and the effectiveness.
- Misinformation or conflicting advice you’ve received.
- Whether your treatment approach was appropriate for your condition.
Understanding your treatment history helps identify gaps, ineffective approaches, and missed opportunities, allowing us to determine what’s truly necessary for your recovery instead of repeating the same unsuccessful strategies.
What’s impacting your recovery and what isn’t.
Summary Report & Discussion
At the end of SOLE, you’ll receive a comprehensive report that consolidates all key insights from your assessment, giving you a clear understanding of our findings, thoughts, and the potential factors impacting your plantar heel pain. This report includes:
- Key Findings – A breakdown of what was uncovered during your assessment.
- Evidence-Based Insights – The reasoning behind these findings and how they impact your recovery.
- Areas for Improvement – Factors that should be addressed to maximize your recovery potential.
- Potential Barriers – Challenges that may be limiting progress and how they can be managed.
Additionally, you will receive a 30-minute follow-up appointment to go over your assessment results, discuss what they mean, and outline the most appropriate path forward based on your unique situation. This ensures you fully understand your results and have a clear direction on your next steps.
These findings will guide the development of a targeted recovery plan. If you seek care elsewhere, this report ensures you have accurate, evidence-based information to make informed decisions about your next steps.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
I had been treated for 4 years for plantar fasciitis on both feet. I spent thousands of dollars on every treatment you could imagine. I had gone from being an avid athlete to barely being able to do anything. A friend referred me to Glynn, and what a blessing. Within 5 minutes, I was told it was not plantar fasciitis and was coming from my back. Within a few weeks I had little to no pain and was able to get back to running! Don’t make the same mistake I did. No matter what anyone else has told you, you have to go.

GLYNN LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE!! My Doctor sent me to physio for some balance problems. Glynn had some concerns after a few minutes into the evaluation. He called my Doctor and asked for an MRI of brain stem. After about a week my doctor got me a scan of my brain which was clear, and sent me back to Glynn for balance again. Glynn said that the brain scan was not what he needed, but reevaluated me. He immediately said that I need to go to the ED and see a neurologist that day. Long story short, the neurologist ordered and MRI of my brain stem. They found a tumor! Thanks to Glynn they caught it early enough and were able to operate and remove it. Words can not express how grateful I am.

I had been having groin pain for about 2 years. I had been diagnosed by several people for a hip flexor strain. I had been having treatment at other healthcare providers for months and months without success. I had heard about Glynn and got evaluated. Very quickly I was diagnosed with a labral tear in my hip. I went and had an MRI to confirm it, and they were right! I ended up having surgery and returned for rehab. I am back to normal now, playing high level sports without pain. I will go nowhere else.

After seeing two orthopedic doctors, without signs of improvement for what was thought to be a knee injury by the orthopedists, I was referred to physiotherapy. When I went to my first appointment, I could barely walk and was on crutches. I was in so much pain and completely miserable. Upon examination and describing my symptoms to Glynn, he indicated to me that my symptoms were from my back, not my knee. He immediately started me on a new course of treatment for which I am grateful for because the pain significantly subsided and my mobility returned. I can’t say enough about his skill level and knowledge. He also really cares if you get better! He is so dedicated to what he does. I highly recommend Glynn if you are suffering from physical limitations and need a great physiotherapist.

your real cost
Let’s be honest, this isn’t just about pain. It’s about what that pain is costing you.
- How many activities have you skipped because of it?
- How much money have you wasted on treatments that didn’t work?
- How much longer are you willing to wait, hoping it magically goes away?
The hard truth?
If nothing changes, nothing changes.
But here’s the good news: There is a way forward. I’ve developed a structured, evidence-based program designed for people who have tried everything and still aren’t where they want to be.
This component, Phase One, is this portion that provides a deep assessment and evaluation to understand what you likely need to succeed if you decide to do Phase Two. This isn’t a passive approach. Phase Two requires time, effort, and accountability.
Because of the intensity of this program, I can only take on 5 people at a time. If you’re serious about getting results, don’t wait.
