YOU’VE TRIED EVERYTHING TO STOP YOUR MIGRAINES – BUT THEY KEEP COMING BACK.

Your migraines aren’t random. They follow patterns, triggers, and underlying factors that have yet to be uncovered.
This isn’t about masking symptoms – this is about finally understanding why they happen and what you can do to regain control.

Phase One is all about gaining a true understanding of your unique situation. Unlike traditional assessments, we take the time to go deeper than any provider has before, uncovering every factor that may be limiting your recovery or enhancing your potential for improvement.

This is not a quick-fix solution. This is a structured and strategic system designed to systematically rule in and out the factors contributing to your migraines. Unlike the common “throw everything at you but the kitchen sink” approach, this method provides clarity instead of confusion. That outdated approach leaves you dependent on treatments, medications, exercises, and interventions that may have no impact at all.

If you do eight things and get better, but only one of those things is actually influencing your symptoms, you’re now stuck managing all eight for no reason. Our goal is to identify the true cause-and-effect relationship behind your migraines, so you know exactly what is driving your symptoms and what is not.

This phase lays the foundation for success by identifying what’s standing in your way and what needs to change. If you choose to proceed, these findings will guide the development of Phase Two: Your Individualized Recovery Plan.

Health History

A detailed exploration of your medical history and overall health, going far beyond a typical consultation:

  • Biological Factors – Hormonal influences, neurological factors, dietary triggers, sleep quality, and lifestyle habits.
  • Psychological Factors – Stress levels, trauma history, emotional triggers, and mindset regarding recovery.
  • Social Factors – Work stress, daily responsibilities, lifestyle, and support systems.

By understanding all the key influences on your pain, we can identify the barriers holding you back and provide a clear roadmap to move forward—without wasting time on ineffective treatments.

A focused evaluation of how your body is functioning in relation to your migraine patterns:

  • Identifying musculoskeletal, neurological, and systemic factors contributing to your migraines.
  • Assessing posture, movement, cervical spine involvement, and other potential triggers.
  • Filtering out irrelevant findings to focus on meaningful data.

By understanding these patterns, we can identify factors influencing your recovery, anticipate potential challenges, gain some predictive insight to the future and create a clearer path forward.

Treatment History

A critical review of what you’ve tried in the past and why it may have failed:

  • What treatments you’ve undergone and the effectiveness.
  • Misinformation or conflicting advice you’ve received.
  • Whether your treatment approach was appropriate for your condition.

Understanding your treatment history helps identify gaps, ineffective approaches, and missed opportunities, allowing us to determine what’s truly necessary for your recovery instead of repeating the same unsuccessful strategies.

A focused evaluation of your presentation history to identify potential triggers.

  • Identifying food, environmental, sensory, and emotional triggers.
  • Evaluating lifestyle and work habits that may be impacting frequency and severity.
  • Understanding hormonal fluctuations, hydration levels, and neurological influences.

This assessment goes beyond routine tests by filtering out irrelevant findings and focusing on meaningful data to build a clearer understanding of what’s impacting your recovery and what isn’t.

Summary Report & Discussion

At the end of Phase One, you’ll receive a comprehensive report that consolidates all key insights from your assessment, giving you a clear understanding of our findings, thoughts, and the potential factors impacting your migraines. This report includes:

  • Key Findings – A breakdown of what was uncovered during your assessment.
  • Evidence-Based Insights – The reasoning behind these findings and how they impact your recovery.
  • Areas for Improvement – Factors that should be addressed to maximize your recovery potential.
  • Potential Barriers – Challenges that may be limiting progress and how they can be managed.

Additionally, you will receive a 30-minute follow-up appointment to go over your assessment results, discuss what they mean, and outline the most appropriate path forward based on your unique situation. This ensures you fully understand your results and have a clear direction on your next steps.

If you choose to proceed with Phase Two, these findings will guide the development of a targeted recovery plan. If you seek care elsewhere, this report ensures you have accurate, evidence-based information to make informed decisions about your next steps.

GLYNN LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE!! My Doctor sent me to physio for some balance problems. Glynn had some concerns after a few minutes into the evaluation. He called my Doctor and asked for an MRI of brain stem. After about a week my doctor got me a scan of my brain which was clear, and sent me back to Glynn for balance again. Glynn said that the brain scan was not what he needed, but reevaluated me. He immediately said that I need to go to the ED and see a neurologist that day. Long story short, the neurologist ordered and MRI of my brain stem. They found a tumor! Thanks to Glynn they caught it early enough and were able to operate and remove it. Words can not express how grateful I am.

After seeing two orthopedic doctors, without signs of improvement for what was thought to be a knee injury by the orthopedists, I was referred to physiotherapy. When I went to my first appointment, I could barely walk and was on crutches. I was in so much pain and completely miserable. Upon examination and describing my symptoms to Glynn, he indicated to me that my symptoms were from my back, not my knee. He immediately started me on a new course of treatment for which I am grateful for because the pain significantly subsided and my mobility returned. I can’t say enough about his skill level and knowledge. He also really cares if you get better! He is so dedicated to what he does. I highly recommend Glynn if you are suffering from physical limitations and need a great physiotherapist.
